This is a beginners workout. One that will definitely make a beginner feel comfortable with learning the pilate moves. I recommend this dvd to beginners. The workout is 45 minutes. 45 minutes of good teaching.
I don't believe this workout is only for beginners. I believe that intermediate and advance pilate exercisers can get a good workout with this dvd as well, even if they feel that the pace is too slow for them.
In my opinion, the starting ground is always a good place to return to from time to time.
