I bought this pillow drunk, obviously, nobody spends 80 dollars on a pillow sober. Anyways it's awful it feels like a cotton bag filled with cotton balls and it's stiff af. Dude in the commercial was like my pillows the bees knees but it's not even the bees elbows. He's like look here gives perfect support nah man my neck is at like a 90 degree angle laying flat on it. I'm not a picky dude I was in the military and I've used rocks that were better pillows than this thing. I'm really not a picky person this pillow just sucks man straight up being honest

WORST pillow EVER!!! I can’t even believe I spent this amount of money on a pillow in the first place but I’ve been having neck problems with my current pillow so I bit the bullet. It is nothing like I expected at all. My pillow is halfway full of foam, the other half is empty. So I have to fold my pillow in half just to get all the foam in one place so my head does not rest to my mattress. Seriously the worst pillow ever... I’m writing this review in the middle of the night because my stupid pillow is disrupting my sleep... so annoyed right now

Poor customer service from My Pillow

It's a nice pillow, but it goes flat after a month of use. I have had it 2 years now and because they have a 10 year guarantee that it won't go flat, I am trying to replace it. I have called customer service, however, for the past 2 weeks and you have to leave a message. I have left 2 messages and have yet to have anyone call me back. It may take the full 10 years to get it replaced, we'll see.

Worst head and neck pain of my life

This is the worst pillow I have ever used. It has cut up pieces of foam inside so it is very lumpy and the foam parts like the Red Sea while I am sleeping. When I wake up all the foam is on the left and right with the worst head and neck pain of my life. It is also very hot. If you don't like having a hot pillow then this is not the pillow for you. All that foam just stores in the heat so one would want to flip the pillow over to get a cooler side. Well now you have to readjust all the pieces of foam to get comfortable again.

I have been to the top of the mountain and back regarding pillows. Memory foam, premium down, Japanese buckwheat hulls, and with only temporary relief at night with any one or a combination. The My Pillow has been a godsend. Yes it looks and feels like a middle school sewing project BUT, I no longer awaken with a headache or tingling hands. I can sleep either on my side or back and be totally comfortable and it doesn't make me hot.

My husband and I both have neck injuries. I have had many injections, physical therapy, yoga etc. to try to relieve this pain. Nothing really works. Getting a good nights rest is almost impossible. My husband has severe neck pain as well and his neurosurgeon recommends surgery to correct his issues. Being military, downtime is not an option. With all that said, we have opted to buy the My Pillow premium. One of my best purchases ever. This pillow allowed both of us to sleep a full night without interruption. They fit our neck contours perfectly! I picked the white premium queen size for both of us. The website recommended yellow for me (bc of my smaller build) but white was perfect. I will never buy another brand pillow. I have $100's of dollars invested in pillows (contour, memory, feather etc.) none of them compare. I wish I would have found this pillow sooner. My husband loves his pillow and has put off surgery indefinitely. I highly recommend this pillow! It's worth the price!!!! UPDATE: So almost a month with our MyPillow's and we LOVE them still. I am definitely ordering more as gifts.

Noisy, Miserable, Uncomfortable

What a miserable pillow. I find this the most uncomfortable pillow ever. I finally decided that maybe it had too much fill, so I ripped a seam and pulled out much of the foam and sewed the seam back up. Excited about the pillow that now fits my neck and head I laid my weary head down last night only to hear "keeeeeeeeeeeeeeee". The annoying sound didn't stop. I turned over and refreshed the sound again,"keeeeeeeeeeeeeeee". Is it possible that this will go on all night? "keeeeeeeeeeeeeeee" Yes. I threw this noisy monster from my bed and slept soundly the rest of the night.
