Overall, if you're just getting into the game, you really can't go wrong with this set. Just be aware you'll still need to get yourself at least a putter and bag. But for the the cost, it's well, well worth it.
Not the best set of clubs (obviously), but they swing okay. The upper irons (7, 8, and 9) feel a bit handle-heavy, but not so much that I had trouble tracking to the ball with the club head. The driver and fairway wood feel hollow, and the shafts are high-flex graphite, so I really had to slow down my swing so as to not get too far in front of the ball with my hands. They're going to present a learning curve for me. The hybrid-4 feels a bit head heavy.
Decent sweet spot on the irons. I went through 40-50 swings with each, and didn't have much trouble locating it. My swing is inconsistent, so hitting off the toe or hosel is what usually felt awkward and doesn't count for evaluating these clubs.
All in all, a fair value for the cost.
I'm not a great golfer, but usually shoot in the 90s for 18 holes. I've played about 20 rounds with them so far and I'm taking about 5 strokes per 9 holes off my game. The driver flies as straight as any I've hit, the 3 wood and hybrid both feel great. The irons are alright, they're heavier than the last set I played with, but they don't feel great hitting the ball.
If you golf a ton, and are looking to up your game, this probably isn't the set to go with. I do swing a little hard for the driver, so I had to adjust my stance a little to stop from pulling it all the time. The driver has some noticeable tee scuffs on the bottom already, but the clubs are still in good shape.
Overall, if you're on a tight budget and looking to upgrade an old set of clubs, or starting out new, you can't ask for a better deal than these

*UPDATE 2018* - I am updating my review with these, they're not just a great set they're an AMAZING set. It is my second season with them, the first year I didn't take seriously. This year I actually LEARNED how to use them. IMO most reviews stating the drivers are bad, are just bad players. I can hit the driver 300+ with accuracy straight, the 3w 265, and the 4hy 225 all extremely consistent. Before learning and practicing, take off 50 yards from each or more, and slice it 50% of the time. It's not the clubs, just people unable/willing to learn to use them correctly. Routinely on the course am out driving people with 5-10+ more years experience, while they slice their drivers that cost more than this entire set into the woods and take mulligans

Great set of clubs for the price. Would suggest any amateur golfer that isn't too serious to purchase these as a first set.
