I enjoyed this very much. All the stories were very good but two stood out to me. The total body of work deserved a 5 star rating so that is what I gave it. Buy the book and read it, you will find some Authors you will like that you have not read before. Enjoy

This collection really tickled my funny bone, all somehow including pink snowbunnies in hell with a wide range of interpretations with some taking it literally and others it being more of a side note but all are funny, with some better than others. I have to say though this is quite possibly my first flash fiction book I really enjoyed it and will probably look up some of the authors in the book. I will also probably start using the phrase "When pink snowbunnies ski in hell"

Pink Snowbunnies in Hell is a collection of very short stories (flash fiction) with one thing in common - Pink Snowbunnies skiing in Hell. There are some that take that literally and make a comic spin on it. There are some (more) that use it as a line, "pink snowbunnies will ski in Hell" instead of "when Hell freezes over." Debora Geary, our beloved Modern Witch writer has a story at the end, with Jamie picking out a gift for her baby girl for the shower. You know Aervyn is in this one too, giving his uncle Jamie assistance.

Now I am going to highlight a few of my favorites in this anthology. When, a poem by Robin Reed about all the "whens" that have to happen before "pink snowbunnies will ski in Hell!" I like "When all war has truly ended," and I giggled at "When solar panels are installed for all to see, on the headquarters of Exxon, Mobil and BP." It's a fantastic poem, and I'm not much into poetry.

It Finally Happens...by Heather Marie Adkins. It's about Hell finally freezing over, which Satan isn't that surprised by given God's sick sense of humor. It's our fault for always saying "when Hell freezes over." And even Hitler joins in with a great line, "this is going to kill my daisies." LMAO - this perfectly tickled my funny bone. And yes pink snowbunnies showed up to start skiing and Satan sighs thinking of the paperwork he has to do.

Careful What You Wish For by Barbara Annino. I think this was the longest story by far, but it also made me laugh. It was about George and his genie Eugene who can't seem to get a wish right. Someone sees Eugene's lamp and points out it's a bong...poor Eugene is stoned! *giggle*

Of Demons and Bunnies by Nichole Chase is another one that takes a literal bend on the theme.

I liked the book very much and I think you will also. Three of my favorite authors (Nathan Lowell, Debra Geary and Brian Gamblin) contributed to the book, and as usual their contributions were outstanding. The other authors contribution to the book were very good. This book gave me insight on some new authors and their books, so I might have just found me some additional favorite authors. I highly recommend this book.

Ever play "Where's Waldo?" Well, this is sorta like that. Sorta. Only not really...

You get to find bunnies.

Pink Bunnies.

Pink Bunnies Skiing in Hell.

Ya - no joke. That is what I was thinking too. I really want to find the source of the inspiration of this collection of flash fiction. I will say that a few of these stories made me laugh out loud...Which I'm sure no one appreciated at 5am. That was how good those were.

It was interesting trying to figure out how some of the author's were going to work in the pink, Hades dwelling, floppy eared creatures into the story. Some were thrown in, in a fairly obvious manner...others...not so much. Those I think were my favorites. Those were like biting into a piece of chocolate to find you have a cherry inside...DOUBLE BONUS!

Anyone who is interested in short stories, flash fiction, or just a novel idea, pick this up and give it a try. You never know where a pink bunny may show up, and it may spark some creativity of your own. I know it made me wonder a few times how I would be able to come up with a different way to slip a Hell-bound pink bunny into a story!

I want more! Great short stories with great jokes and messages hidden in them. Well not that much hidden. These authors did a great job keeping up with the theme! I highly recommend it for light reading at bedtime or when you need a laugh. Don't read it too fast. Just read a couple of stories a week to make the laughs last.

This is great as long as you understand the premise going in. Not really a collection of full fledged short stories rather several authors given the challenge to see what they could come up with based on the words "pink snow bunnies in hell". Some are very clever, some not so much. Some just a chance for a short visit with old friends. None are awful and it is interesting to see where different authors go especially in relation to their other books. Hey, it's 99 cents and all procedes go to charity. Well worth it.

Pink Snowbunnies in Hell is a collection of short stories centered around a common theme. The stories range from humorous to outlandish to mildly erotic, as each author presents his or her vision of Pink Snowbunnies in Hell. In fact, I never knew there could be so many widly varying interpretations of one theme! If you have a few minutes of downtime that you are looking to fill, pick up Pink Snowbunnies from Hell, open it to any story and enjoy!
