Editorial Reviews

Book Description

This book takes a comprehensive and interdisciplinary approach by engaging in participatory research with different intellectual communities to understand the divergent perspectives surrounding piracy in India. This novel study travels through an important, yet neglected dimension of law: the interface between the legality/illegality and the social reception of it.
