This is a very realistic portrayal of coming to terms with your own prejudices, feelings and honesty with yourself.
This is more than a sensual sex book, it is a captivating romantic adult novel about a masculine man who becomes friends with a group of gay actors and find out who he really is inside.
I enjoyed this book so much, I purchased both sequels as I couldn't put it down,
waiting to see what happens and what choices Lucas makes.
I felt like I was there with him, being drawn inside the story and feeling the excitement , freedom and lifestyle of being on a working vacation on a tropical resort in paradise. I felt the main character's emotions, questions, fears, joys and heartache of being in a relationship with a bunch of gay men.
I am looking forward to re-reading this trilogy over and over again.
I regret that there aren't any new sequels .
I definitely didn't like that this isn't a complete story. No cliffhanger but also no completion.
A well written story about learning that those years of not understanding your own feelings. How one can grow and learn, not only the good but the bitchy side of gay life.
Waiting to get into book two to see how life will work when you understand your desires.
