How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.

I cannot say enough about Jennifer Fortney's DIY book. I have combed through each and every page soaking in every beautiful piece of advice she has so simply/user friendly written. We are launching our nonprofit business this month and could not have done it without Jennifer! I even have emailed Jennifer with questions and she has so graciously led me in the right direction with sound/perfect advice each and every time. Her passion for PR shines through in this book and she is so knowledgeable, kind and generous with her time. I highly recommend this book to everyone even if you have a publicist as I am sure there are pearls in this DIY book for everyone. A true professional and amazing leader in this industry. All I can say is WOW and thank you Jennifer.

I met Jennifer right after I founded a company manufacturing and selling a consumer product. She was a presenter at a SCORE seminar on marketing and PR for new companies. I was impressed with her style and content. She truly was teaching the attendees how to do "it" themselves. I eventually hired her to work with my company. She was able to secure 80+ media hits including a spot on the national NBC Today show. Her book will be of great benefit to anyone wanting to develop a succinct message, promote their company, product, etc. It is a must have for all entrepenuers.

I love the energy that flows from the pages in this book! The information presented is honest, action oriented (workbook sections), and really informative.
As a small business owner, I learned more from this easy to understand book than business conferences, programs or other books I've read. This is an interesting book even if you don't own a business!
