The design is less cumbersome than my other capo. It has a slim profile so it does not get in the way when playing. The spring provides enough strength so it can be placed further from the fret, away from fingers. So, because it is further away from the fret and has a low profile I forget the device is in place.
On both acoustic models I did need to tighten it four or five turns to eliminate buzzing when using it on the first fret. No adjustment was necessary with the electric guitar. All three guitars remained in tune after attaching the capo. There was no string buzzing even when strumming aggressively in part because the rubbery sleeve holds the strings more naturally unlike the hard plastic on my other capo.
When not in use it can be clamped to the top of the neck without causing damage, keeping it close by when needed. Everything that comes in contact with the guitar has a rubbery coating so the device won’t mar the finish. The pick holder is functional and helpful. The capo also has the capability of holding an NS micro tuner (not included), if desired. Excellent capo.

Lightweight and easy to put on and take off with one hand, this capo is adjustable and on my acoustic six string it works perfectly.
