From the Author
Ray Sette: I'm often asked how I came to write this book. This divine inspiration came to me in part because of my desire to create something that would influence humanity through the realization of the human potential, which resides in each and every human being. It's actually a precursor to my next book that I've tentatively titled Prophecies and Potentials: 2010-2012, which I expect to release in the fall of 2008. In fact, I chose to write and release The Planets Align So Rare at this time to better prepare humanity for that 2010-2012 timespan. Significant astrological events will be unfolding during that time that will generate unique universal energies. The Planets Align So Rare can provide humanity with a healthier understanding of itself, and this emotional and spiritual growth will allow humanity to use those unique universal energies in a productive manner for the good of the populous.
From the Inside Flap
In today's society, most people constantly struggle to play catch-up in their lives-with bills, with jobs, with technology, with friends. Many experience their lives being outpaced by the need for living to survive rather than living to enjoy, to grow, to live life's potential. How can anyone choose to live his potential when he's too busy to see life's opportunities presented to him? Or what if his mind is too muddled to know how to react or make a choice that is in line with his true desires when opportunity does present itself?
The Planets Align So Rare: Twelve Dimensions to the Human Potential focuses on the ideology that all of our human potential already lies within the fabric of our being, we only need to choose to make it real. At the moment each of us enters this world-the precise date, time and location on the Earth-the planets in our solar system form a configuration that is as individual as a snowflake, and each person's astrological chart is as unique. This chart maps out the opportunities that will be presented to each of us throughout our lives. Of course, we are always at choice as to how we react to those opportunities and, thus, how our individualities will be created and expressed, for at any moment we demonstrate free will.
These life-changing ideas will take the readers through a uniquely emotional and spiritual evolution. Ultimately, through the study of the twelve dimensions, the readers will develop a deeper understanding of their own potential, and with that understanding they can choose to create a reality that is congruent with their desires.
This book does not teach Astrology; rather, it approaches the genres of self-help, self-actualization, and spirituality from a new perspective by using the characteristics and elements of the twelve houses in an astrological chart to teach the reader how her "self" evolves from the time before her physical birth to the end of her physical existence. Each successive dimension/chapter is an extension of what came before, allowing the readers to slowly recognize true human potential, as it might develop in this world from the time of physical inception, and contrast it to their own lives and the actual choices they made, ultimately offering the readers the chance to learn a different approach to life, one with choices and opportunities that never stop presenting themselves in life. This book empowers its readers with the necessary building blocks they need to achieve their personal and professional potential, become positive role models in society who strive for humanitarian existences, and live happier, balanced lives in these complex and challenging times.
