My shopping list is now full of foods like almonds, beans and other fruits and vegetables.
The recipes are complete with serving size, serving per recipe, calorie, prep time and cook time.
Although the recipes listed on this diet book are simple, I still prefer to see pictures on each recipes so I'll know if my cooking is right.
I have been following the fork over knife revolution for more than half a year now, but it doesn't mean i don't taste meat at all yes i taste them but i prefer vegetables over meat and i am really enjoying my life more than ever. I have found this book as a recommendation from a friend of mine and i am happy with it.
All the recipes are very much in detail with instructions and all essential nutritional information which is helping me to choose the recipes based on my need.
