But after I looked at this book, I saw simple recipes, step-by-step instructions, useful saving time tips.
I can recommend it to everyone!
I've found all the useful instructions for beginners, including the explanation about the difference between a vegan, vegetarian, and plant-based diet. There are a lot of myths about this topic.
I've already tried some of the recipes and they are really tasty. I like them! All ingredients were easy to find in our supermarkets.
I like that all recipes have colorful photos. I am a visual person, and it's crucial for me to know how it should look like in the end.
The 21-day meal plan is easy to follow. It contains useful tips on how to save time spent in the kitchen and how to cook ahead.
First of all, I found many recipes from my favorite menu in this book, and they could be easily done for me, and at the same time, the way it's organized so well.

I usually don't leave reviews for cookbooks but, as someone that is starting to lean more towards veggie-based dishes, I found this book to be relatively helpful. I found the information at the beginning helpful in many ways. Mainly because I don't have a lot of knowledge in this area. 😣 I'm Learning and growing, and this book is helping me in leaps and downs. I plan to pair this along with some research online (Google is my friend), and hope to expand on this further.
As I read through it I noticed how well it was put together. And the pictures! Crisp and detailed, making it very difficult for me to choose a first recipe to start with. I hope to try A few of these out. And as soon as I have A collection of Decent pictures from my attempts, I will update this review.
I highly recommend this book and I'm so glad that I went out on a limb and purchased it for myself. 💜

For every recipe, there is a pic, ingredients, cooking instructions, some useful tips (if, for instance, you are missing some ingredients), and the nutrition facts.
My fav recipe is the eggplant sticks!
