I highly recommend this book even if you are not a vegan, and I've made these recipes for my meat eating husband and he enjoyed them as much as I did.
In addition to the great recipes in every category from appetizers to desserts, the author provides information about the nutritional value of varied ingredients, and also the total calorie/fat content of the finished dish. While I don't count calories, fat grams, or carbs, it was interesting to have the information.
The photos of the finished dishes were beautiful and inspiring. I have already made several recipes from the book, just in the week that I've had it, and every one has been a winner. This was definitely a great purchase and I know I'll use this book frequently!
I recommend this book to anyone who wants to cook whole food plant based meals!
