Are you in chronic pain? So was I. It's not fun. My books are made to help the average person fix their seemingly incurable, chronic pain. Every book I have produced is guaranteed to work, or you get your money back.

My story:

For 4 1/2 years, I dealt with an onslaught of horrid injuries and diseases. It all started with plantar fasciitis which was caused by gymnastics and plagued my life with extreme pain while walking. Following a doctor's orders, I used a cast to rest the injury (bad idea). The cast cut off circulation which then caused the development of a rare nerve disease called erythromelalgia (thermoregulatory neurovascular disease). At the same time, I dealt with pre-existing injuries from years of doing extreme sports, such as knee and ankle issues, and two torn shoulder labrums.

My personal life suffered horribly. I had to drop out of college and fight in court for SSI income. I lost my two jobs (gymnastics coach/lifeguard). I was deemed permanently and severely disabled due to the limitations imposed by my nerve disease. My family had their own problems, so I was on my own. I lived in a van for a year, then upgraded to an RV. Taking care of my nerve disease was a full-time job in the RV. I was truly in "survival mode" 24/7. In order to stay alive on the streets with a disability such as erythromelalgia, requires a lot of hard work and a little bit of luck.

So from age 19-24, I could barely walk and everything hurt. My healing abilities were limited. I limped in pain and had to carry an ice bag just to walk (due to the erythromelalgia). The nerve disease prevented me from getting my shoulder surgeries. I could not fix my plantar fasciitis entirely because I could not walk, due to the nerve disease. So the biggest hurdle I had was fixing the erythromelalgia. It took a long time, and countless hours studying. Through trial and error, and lots of pain, I found a way to fix it. After that, I found ways to fix my other ailments.

This is all a very brief summarization of a very extensive timeline. There were a lot of up's and down's, but I made it through. I attribute a lot of my success to the avoidance of drugs and alcohol (and associated peers). I have never tried either substance, not once, and do not plan to in the future. I also eat a very clean diet so that my brain can function properly. These factors played a huge role in my ability to create treatment strategies for my disorders.

My academic background is based on engineering and the fundamental principles of physics. I see the human as a mechanical machine. Everything in the body is made from the same constituent matter as everything else in the universe. If you want to fix a problem in the body, you need to find out the root cause. If you know what the root cause is, and cannot fix it, then you need to create new technology. Theoretically, we should be able to have a cure for every problem that humans face, health wise. With the advent of quantum computing and gene editing, we will see some amazing progress in this area.

Thank you!

My planters faciatus started in June of 2014. It was gradual, just hurting with the first few steps in the morning. By August it had gotten much worse, hurting all the time and limiting my activity. I went to a pediatrist who injected steroid directly into my heel and sold me two shoe insets. One for tennis shoes and another for dress shoes. Within a few days of the steroid shot my pain on a scale of 1-10 went from a 6 to a 10. I was told I had a steroid flare up and it would take some time but I would eventually benefit from the shot once the flare up went away. I did get back to where I was before the shot but continued to be in horrid pain. I performed all the stretches, icing and tennis ball rolling on the brochure they gave me but my condition only got worse. By October I was unable to do anything but the necessities in life. I went to an orthopedic surgeon who told me to quit wearing the inserts that they were doing more harm then good and gave me a list of running shoes with good arch support that I needed to wear until my planters healed. He agreed with the stretches I was doing but did not offer any other advice. By February I was no better. I decided to go to an acrostic specialist. This is where I began to get help. It was painful but after 4 once a week visits I had some hope. This was the first I had heard of "trigger points". In searching the internet for trigger points I came across William's website and together with what I learned from the acrostic clinic I began to see improvement but I attribute my healing to William as he addressed trigger points in a way that made sense and I was able to understand what they were and how to get rid of them. The arostic clinic sold me a foam roller to treat trigger points in the lower leg but it was difficult to do as it required upper body and arm strength which I do not have. The rolling pin in Williams video became my new best friend and resolved the trigger points in my lower leg. After 2 months of working it very hard twice a day on my lower leg I was free from pain which I did not know was there as it only hurt when I ran the rolling pin over it. I dedicated an hour and a half in the morning and an hour and a half in the evening performing everything in Williams book and video. The trigger points in my lower leg were so painful once I found them. There were several tender spots that I would have never known were there without the rolling pin but they were keeping my muscle and facia tight making my planters impossible to get better The biggest hurdle for me was understanding the problem causing my pain. Until you understand trigger points you can't understand how to heel yourself. I have been working Williams program for 3 months and I finally have some pain free days in my tennis shoes. It had been a long tired some and at times depressing time for me but thanks to William I think I will get back to my active life style I so miss.

I emailed William several times with questions specific to problems I was having and received an immediate reply with a resolution to my question.

If you have planters then you need to follow everything in Williams book and like me you will get relief. He is a very amazing individual helping countless people.

Good luck to you! Feel free to email with questions.

I've saw a doctor and a podiatrist for my plantar fasciitis a couple of years ago. I had an expensive orthotic made and had some cortisone shots. But it came back and was more aggravating than ever. After reading this book and following its steps I am getting relief. What I like most is that I know what to do and more importantly why I am doing it. It takes work and commitment but the author is upfront about that right at the start. I'm amazed how in the dark I was before about the underlying causes of this condition before reading this book. But I now see consistently improving results by following the steps in this book.

I got this book on Kindle the written part was interesting and informative however the diagrams of stretching exercise did not come across on my Kindle. I followed the little bit of information that I was able to get and it seemed to help. The book itself seemed to be fine the Kindle purchase was not.

I've had PF for over a year, seen a bunch of clueless doctors, PTs, etc. and I can say this author has forgotten more than they every knew.
I'm sorry to admit I dismissed this book when I first saw it a year ago and because the author looked so young in his you tube videos but he knows this condition inside and out. For example, he explains brilliantly why the stretching PTs are obsessed with can make things worse in some cases, why "barefoot" walking doesn't work as a recovery strategy (but OK for prevention) and provides practical proven suggestions that do work (e.g., trigger point massage). And he does it without trying to pitch you a bunch of other products or services.

This is a short- sighted review of one person's experience with different treatments for a painful heel. After 34 years experience of treating this difficult entity I've come to see the painful heel of often mis-diagnosed as "plantar fascitits", hence treatment is mis-directed. The comment "physical therapy is mostly useless" would be better stated (perhaps easier by one with more experience, education, and wisdom than the author) as "these physical modalities are of little use" regardless of who is using the modalities. Dry needling in the lower leg as well as foot has been quite effective in some cases for instance, yet isn't mentioned in the book. Hip mobilization and stretching I have used to treat this without ever touching the lower leg or heel and have had success. Perhaps a better title would be: "How I had success treating my painful heel".

Look no farther, after a year of searching extensively finally got this one ALL the stuff you need is right here no joke. Took me 2 weeks on this program after one long grueling year of trying a bunch of way too much incorrect stuff. kudos to this author, you tube videos to back it up for tutorials, explanations perfect, where to find the few simple things needed, how to use makeshift things, he really went through it and really knows his stuff. Thank goodness I finally found it...I was nearly at the end of my rope after a long list of doctors etc....buy it. you wont regret.

5.0 out of 5 stars A very clever young man who may have worked out a possible solution to plantar fasciitis
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on February 22, 2018
I am writing similar reviews for other products I bought in an attempt to beat plantar fasciitis (PF). I play football twice a week and at my mature age I get injuries (six different ones in two years to be precise). PF may not be the most painful (that would be when your back seizes up) but it is the hardest to get rid of, and every injury I have causes me to miss playing the game I love and also to miss out on valuable physical exercise. I've played twice since I started using the author's techniques, also using the other products which are compression socks when playing, a kit containing separate day and night support socks and a hot/cold massager, a foot roller and ball - as recommended in this book - and orthotic insoles. But at the centre of all this is this e-book written by a young man who was confined to a wheelchair for several months with PF and who seems to have worked out a system of exercise and massage and other techniques. Well done William.
Whatever it is, something is working and my feet feel a lot better. If you suffer from PF (you will know when your heel hurts and the outside edges of your feet feel like your shoes are two sizes too tight), my advice is to make a list of the things you can do to beat it. I reckon in all it's cost me around £70, which includes putting orthotic insoles in every pair of shoes I wear - oh, and of course this book - but it's worth it.

4.0 out of 5 stars Helped solve my agonising problem.
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on April 16, 2019
I had been suffering from extreme pain in my heel and rear sole area of a foot. I saw 3 doctors, had an x-ray and used various footwear inserts. I eventually purchased crutches from Argos in order to move about my home.. Nothing worked, only ice packs and painkillers relieved the agony. My suffering lasted about 8 weeks.
In desperation I bought the book, and watched youtube vids by the young author. Soime of his suggestions must have worked on me because the pain subsided and has now ceased. I still undertake some of the exercises and massage my calf muscles in the hope that this horribly painful condition will not recur.
