Planters lightly salted whole cashews make great cashew butter

I use Planter’s lightly salted whole cashews to make cashew butter as fast as I make a smoothies. I add an entire can of cashews to my JAWS blender that I bought from Amazon for less than $50. I pour in an entire can of Planter’s lightly salted whole cashews and then add 3 tablespoons of Chosen avocado oil (also from Amazon) and a large handful of organic dates ("Food for life", also from Amazon) into the blender and blend at high speed for three minutes. After three minutes the cashew butter is perfectly smooth. It is also the consistency of high quality nut butters that are sold at Amazon – meaning the consistency of peanut butter. The dates add a bit of sweetness to the cashew butter but, more importantly, they lower the content of fat (although the fat in cashews is medium chain triglycerides – the fat that keeps bad fat out of your body). I use empty and cleaned containers of premade nut butter that I bought from Amazon at more than twice the price it cost me to make my own.

I bought the smaller version of these cashews before and this is just a larger container of the same tasty cashews.
These planters lightly salted, whole cashews came on time and in good condition. One thing that is nice is that when I opened the package it was filled almost to the top with cashews. All too often nowadays, packages are half empty and you feel like you’re getting ripped off by the company. Not so with these cashews from planters.
I recently purchased some planters honey roasted cashews and they had some additives that I wasn’t crazy about. The nice thing about this product is that it is just cashews, peanut oil and sea salt.
According to Simply health.io there are thirteen benefits to cashews. They are supposed to help build blood, good for heart health, cancer prevention, lower blood pressure, relieve migraines, gallstone prevention, weight loss, increased bone mass density, skin health, boosted testosterone levels, vision preservation, liver support, and improved fertility.
I can’t attest to any of that, but feel free to check out their website for more information.
Overall, these are a tasty, lower in salt, cashew nut that makes a good snack. If any of the claimed health benefits are true, then it is even better than I thought.
