I ordered this product not realizing you had to have Origin to play. Amazon was very good about taking it back and refunding my money. This is not a single player game. Too bad I would have liked to have had it.

This was an XMAS gift for my son. Tried to install, got error that computer needed to be Win10 or higher. Spent 5 hours and $40 to upgrade from Win7 to Win10. Tried to install again, getting error that product code was already redeemed. Looking in the Origin folder the install never succeeded. Opened a support ticket at help.ea.com but can't seem to access the case nor get a timeline for resolution.

As stated in other reviews, please note that you need a membership to Origin in order to play. Furthermore, you must be an adult to set up the Origin account. This is to protect children, but it turned into a difficult installation and activation process requiring customer support. In the end it worked out, and the game itself is fun and challenging, but I wish the setup wasn’t so complicated.

If you are about to buy this product used, think again. This is crap! In order to setup the game on your PC you must redeem the code that comes with it. This game's code has already been redeemed, meaning that you cannot set up the game. Long story short, this game is useless when you buy it used.
