Remember to always use from a second container, and do not pour contaminated excess back in. It will harden! Rust itself is the catalyst.
One warning: when I was done I had a bit left over in the plastic cup I was using, so I decided to treat some rusty areas inside the wheel well. In doing so, some dripped onto the concrete from the brush (which at that point had dirt, rust, and converter on it) and left much more noticeable shiny blackish stains on the concrete than I expected. I don't care, but others might want to keep that in mind depending on the application.

Applied to my running boards and tow hitch. Incredibly pleased. Turned the rust black so I'm not in a hurry to paint because that's the color of the running boards and tow hitch.Published 1 month ago by Guitar Pick Collector
