This was a good deal when it was a PS4, Bloodborne, The Last of Us, and a $20 gift card for $399. I came back to buy it and it jumped to $458. Same price if you bought them separately. Isn't the point of a bundle to get people to buy by saving a few bucks? Might as well just buy separately. Heck, drop the gift card. I'd still buy it for $399, but making the only perk a 3 year old game is a waste.

Great bundle. Only issue I had is that one of the codes I received expired 2 days before I received the item.

Just ordered PS4/The Last Of Us(digital copy)/Bloodborne bundle and $20 gift card. I got a quick delivery, I did not get the digital copy of TLOU or the gift card. Also the voucher in the PS4 box for $10 PSN credit was old and expired on 3/31/15, so this must be old stock. Happy to have my PS4, but not with all the headaches. Very bittersweet.

Right now this review is strictly a 'value based' one, since I have yet to receive my PS4 bundle (getting it tomorrow). I was torn between this bundle and Walmart's current bundle (PS4, Last of Us, extra controller and choice of Watch Dogs/Need for Speed Rivals Complete/Call of Duty Advanced Warfare). They seemed pretty similar strictly value wise, and I ended up going with the Bloodborne bundle simply because I don't see myself having a real use for another controller any time soon. I live by myself and pretty much every one of my friends has a PS4 with one or two controllers so at most if I'm going over to game I'll just have to bring my single controller and we'll be set.
That said, both bundles are a great value.. so pick one based on your personal needs. If you're the only one in your group of friends who has a PS4 and will be lugging it around, an extra controller would probably be nice to have. Also, just a tip, at the time of this writing.. if you do go for the Walmart bundle and you plan on trading in the game that comes with it, the Need for Speed Rivals Complete edition is currently worth the most trade in credit here on Amazon (something like $24 vs $18 for CoD vs a super low amount for Watch Dogs).
The other point of this early review is to clarify the $20 'gift card' bonus. I was somewhat disappointed to learn that the bonus is NOT a standard Gift Card letting you buy whatever you want. It is instead a 'promotional credit' and it can only apply to items that are sold by AND shipped by Amazon.com. I found this out by emailing support when I could not get the promotional credit to apply to a charging stand I wanted to pick up. It was sold by a certain company and shipped by Amazon so I thought that it would count. Basically, just a heads up that you might not be able to pick up 'exactly' what you want with the $20 bonus. I ended up finding a non-charging stand and a 10 ft charge cable that the promotion applied to instead.

Don't buy if you own a Xbox One or a PC. Don't let Sony sucker you in with exclusive B.S. If your an PlayStation gamer then buy 5/5 best buy you could hope for as a PlayStation user.

This is the best deal on a PS4 yet. It includes some great extras.
Extras I this bundle:
-Bloodborne physical copy
-Amazon $20 Gift Card
-The Last of Us Remastered (Note: this does come with every PS4 if you are buying from Amazon, but it is still an extra)
Bloodborne is a dreadful and a dark game made by the same developers that created Dark Souls. It is a lot of fun and it takes skill. The A.I. is one of a kind in my opinion and it is a gorgeous game that is a solid example for what the PS4 is capable of. There is a Souls DNA right when you play this game but it would be too different to call it an uninspiring imposter. All in all, it is worth picking up.
The Last of Us recieved GOTY for many critics in 2013 and it is even better looking now remastered. But if you have a PS3 and have TLOU, I wouldn't reccommend picking it up just for better visuals. Sure, beautiful graphics are good to look at, but it's not worth just upgrading over the same game that came out only a year ago. The PS3 version already looked great with top notch facial animations and environments. Also what brings the value a little but down is that it's a digital copy, not a physical one. So you can't trade it in or resell it for something else. But that's not a deal breaker for me so Im still going to give this bundle a 5 star rating.
And last but not least, a $20 Gift Amazon Gift Card. This is a pretty sweet addon if you ask me. You can buy a lot of things with $20 for the PS4, such as video games, DLC's, Season Passes for games, a 3 month PS Plus membership, etc. And since this is an Amazon gift card, you can buy anything else besides gaming accessories and content.

Was a great deal at $399. Don't know why the price shot up to $460. Defeats the purpose of even selling anything as a bundle when you are only saving a couple of bucks. I think The last of us comes with most PS4s I think anyways? So you're only saving like $2 on Bloodborne. Horrible deal.
