Needless to say, I'll stick with my Xbox from now on. This is beyond stupid. What's the point of using a code if you still have to add your credit card to continue.
!!! *** BUYER BEWARE *** !!!
I purchased this for my son and upon entering it into his account found out that he could not use it even though the PlayStation accepted the code. I tried communicating with PlayStation several times (4 to be exact) only to find out that in the end they were not willing to do anything about it. Now he has a year of PS Now on an account that it cannot be used on at all because he will not be 18 for another 4 years. I really feel like this is a flaw on the PlayStation because it should not have allowed or accepted a code for a product that cannot be used.
I have spent thousands of dollars with Sony over they year and this is the way they treat their customers. I also have dealt with many companies over the years and most of them want to make their customers happy to the best of their abilities, but to say they aren't going to do anything and pretty much just be like you are going to have to eat the $60 is kind of crappy as a company. There was no offer of anything to make me feel better about the issue. The associate didn't even seem to really care about it and pretty much just wanted me off the phone after putting me on hold several times.
In the end I finally just filed a complaint with the BBB and several other sites. I also plan on put bad reviews on every site I can think of and telling all my friends and co-workers to never purchase another Sony product. They are going to wish they has just resolved the $60 issue because they are going to lose more the $60 in the long run after I am done spreading the word (at the very least they will lose more than that from me).

Update, after chatting with Amazon for five minutes they were more than willing to refund me the money for this item. They went above and beyond considering it was not their issue to resolve.
The service is available on both the PS4 and PC client. Both are identical with the exception of being able to use different controller types on the PC.
The big caveat I have for anyone considering purchasing it. Make sure you have the internet speeds to allow for a smooth streaming service. I used it both while on ATT U-Verse 100Mbs internet and it gave me problems here and there with lag and then again after upgrading to fiber 1Gbs and now it's virtually lag free. You also want to make sure that you are connected via wired connection as connecting via wireless introduces issues.
Seriously consider this if you are looking to have an On Demand experience that's unmatched on the current market. Worth every bit of $100/year.
In regards to PS Now, I tried the free 7-day trial first to see how it worked. Didn't have latency or lag problems, so I was sure beforehand that the service was right for me. I am going to buy more of these subscription cards in the future for sure!
With that said there are bad parts. As someone who is used to leaving my PS4 running with whatever game is in the system, having the system either auto-disconnect or go into standby without me saving a game, especially a game that lacks auto-save where I haven't saved it in the past 30 minutes or more is annoying. The game selection is good but could be better. Thankfully they are always expanding the game list and are adding the ability to download certain games.
If you have a decent internet connection, I would say look up the selection of games. IF you can find enough games to be worth the cost of the subscription, consider it. However be prepared to put up with the negatives.
I bought a year's subscription, I think I'll get atleast twice or 3 times the value of the games in that year. IF Sony adds a decent number of games during the year I might buy another year.
