When choosing toys for my daughter, I always look for things that will "grow" with her and keep her interest over time. I try to focus on quality of play instead of just quantity of toys. This doll was the main gift I gave my daughter for her 2nd birthday in October. Unfortunately, it has seen very little play thus far. My girl prefers to play with plush animals over dolls, but I hoped the activities would peak her interest anyway. No luck so far. Still giving this 4 stars because the doll itself is really well made and adorable. I am keeping her and hoping my daughter will take more interest down the road.

UPDATE!
Sadly, my daughter still has not taken any genuine interest in this toy. What a shame, because boy is this doll cute! I love the variety of colors as opposed to your typical pink and purple girl toy colors.

My daughter is now approaching 4 and through other means has mastered all skills this doll teaches except for the bow on top. Until the past month or two, she had zero interest in dolls (it was all about animals and dinos until then). I'm not sure she even realizes she has this toy, so there is a chance she will discover it and take an interest. Otherwise, I may save this for if we ever have kid #2, or it may sadly end up at the consignment store soon.

I really love this doll. I got 2, one boy and one girl for my kids who are 3 years old and 1 year old. They absolutely love them! All of the different things to do are easy to use and I love the fact that the clothes don't come off and get lost. My 3 year old is currently working on using buttons and ties and this doll is great for that. The fact that there is a boy option is great too! My son likes his sisters dolls and its nice for him to have his own now that isn't a girl like every other doll i have found. My 1 year old is working with zippers and velcro and will be able to use the same doll in the future to work on ties and buttons. This doll is also a great size that my 1 year old can carry it around without it being to heavy or dragging the floor. All around it is a great doll, and it can work for lots of different ages!

Very cute doll, just wish it had a snap and a clicking buckle, too. Also wish the dress was attached at the bottom so a small child could more easily operate the zipper (because the bottom of the dress is loose, it requires using one hand to hold the bottom of the zipper and the other to operate it, which toddlers are not likely to understand).

I'm giving a 5-star because it really is a cute doll and the quality is great. I like the hook that comes with the doll as it make it easy to attach to stroller and not lose the doll. All of the items work really well on the doll. I love the fact that the clothing is attached and nothing comes and ends up lost. The button is hard for a 24 month older to do, but my 4-year old grand daughter likes the doll and loves to play with her too. The doll really has traveled well, and I mean traveled.

While she can't really do any of the "activities", she loves the soft feel of this doll and her sweet, smiling face. As she gets older, I look forward to showing her how to button, tie, zip, buckle, and fasten. She can also learn body parts from this doll (eyes, nose, hands, feet, etc) and the muted primary colors of this doll are great for teaching colors.
