Cons: have only used it once because we can’t get it to light. Have to take the logs out to see if the pilot lights. Just sits there and sparks. Have to have service tech come light it. He lights it with a torch. Says it is not the gas feed. I have a large ventless fireplace at another home and do not have these issues. Also should have bought a larger one. Will not buy again.
