How are ratings calculated?
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzes reviews to verify trustworthiness.

It's published on small (3" x 6") paper and only about 40 pages (my guesstimate) printed on both sides. The material inside is very good information -- just give yourself time to absorb it. It's valuable for writers and students, but you need to focus on (memorize) each rule he presents to really "learn" the rules of proper punctuation. I recommend it.

John Schulz was my Dean at Boston University. After graduation, I threw out all of my binders and nearly all course materials--except my copy of Dr. Schulz's Please Don't Do That. It still sits on my desk, though I rarely need to go through it because I still remember everything from the first semester of my freshman year. Buy it, read it, and you will want to pass it out to everyone you work with.
