This is the story of three woman Biljana aka Billie, Jasmin and Vicky who have been friends for a long time. All three of these ladies where dealing with different situations that was going on in their life, but as friends they supported each other. All I can say is wow; I truly enjoyed how Al tells the story of these ladies with three different POV’s, but as well the HOT steamy scenes into the story. This story flowed from the first page till the last. I loved it when, I can get a good storyline, a little drama that goes along with the story and some good sex scenes.
Now I can’t wait for the next book, to come out. Now I can’t wait for the next book. I can say that Al, is truly a talented writer and I’m looking forward to what he writes next. Go give this book a 1-click and enjoy it like, I did.
This book is mostly about Biljana or Billie and her tragic loss of her Dom boyfriend David. She travels the world seeking comfort and belonging but not from men. She leaves her friends Jasmin and Vicky with only emails to let they know her whereabouts.
I think I enjoyed Jasmin's personality the most, as she was strong willed an outspoken character. She is an undercover cop, and she doesn't let her career get in the way of her desires and needs as a woman.
Vicky finds out her husband Andrew is cheating on her, but she doesn't know the extent of the lies.
I usually have favourite quotes I would put in here, but as I listened to it on audible, I was not able to mark any to share.
I was disappointed with the narration, finding the narrator very nasally sounding and not as lively as I have experienced with other audible reads.
The cliffhanger was quite the shocker, can't quite believe where the author left his readers.
I have never had a book enter my dreams but I have to say this book did, and I won't give away what parts of the book happened to awaken something inside me, more so of a longing I guess, but it was a very nice feelings, ones that I hope someday will be a part of my life.
You are reading this book and all of a sudden a twist is thrown at you, and you keep going until you reach the end. I promise you it will leave you wanting more, and possibly screaming at the Author to give you more right now, anyways I personally did tell him that I was screaming at him. LOL
I will be purchasing the paperback in this book, because it was that good to me.. So what are you waiting for go? Get this book, you won't be disappointed..
From the beginning of this book, I fell in love with these three friends. Clearly, the author understands women, simply because the relationships between them were real and believable. I also felt he allowed us to delve into a true submissive's thoughts and emotions. Instead of portraying them as "robot sluts", we could feel and understand the dilemma of being a woman of respect, who physically and mentally, can't ignore the call of a Dom/Domme. This author gets it!
I loved the book, it's that simple. If there is anything to be critical about, it would be the fact we're left hanging at the end of Book One. However, the author's ploy worked. I want more...I want to know what is next, and I fully intend to read the next book. So Mr. Daltrey, bring it on!
