I use this for making hamburgers...and it's absolutely perfect for scraping some beautiful, crusty patties off of a grill surface. If you've arrived on this product page after visiting a specialty grilling forum, you might be asking yourself if this is overkill? Well, I also use a sharpened spatula, and that works great for scraping burgers for the most part. But when you're trying to do those ultra thin diner style patties, they don't quite cut it unless you go overkill with sharpening your spatula. This scrapes a griddle clean, and goes a long way in ensuring your burger is flipped intact. I scrape my burgers loose with this, and then flip them with my spatula.

I'm sure it works great for stripping wall-paper

Easy to switch out blades. The build quality is very nice for its price.
