Works on convertible plastic windows

Bought this from a recommendation on a forum concerning the plastic window on my convertible getting yellow/hazy/cloudy. I simply sprayed it on and wiped it in with a circular motion on the window section at a time. Huge difference and I didn't have to use too much for it to work. I know its not going to make the plastic window crystal clear and like new again but it did make a significant difference. In the photo, I did the passenger side first and then I worked my way inward with the drivers side on the second photo. I would definitely buy again.

Plexus was suggested by the manufacturer of my new Lexan Motorcycle windshield. It is specially formulated for hard plastic or Lexan uses. It is easy to apply and crystal clear after buffing. It has water-beading qualities and claims to not harden, yellow or dry out the plastic. It works very well to clean the shield and put up a protective barrier. I use a microfiber cloth to apply and another microfiber cloth to buff. I also use Plexus on my Visqueen Plastic windows in my pop-up motorcycle tent camper. It promises to NOT dry out the plastic which would cause yellowing and cracking which would then necessitate window replacement. I've used Plexus on the windows for about a year and they are still flexible, clear and smooth. I recommend Plexus for cleaning any non-glass windows or windshields.

I used this stuff for 20 years, and loved every minute of it - except for paying for it. I just switched to a plastic-Pledge, and for 1/10th the price of Plexus, it is my new go-to. I love Plexus for my motorcycle helmet, and occasional quick detail on the bike, but it gets expensive the way I go through it, and I had to find a less expensive alternative. I highly recommend it for motorcycle helmets though - it leaves a perfect smudge-free visor, and gets the goo right off.

After my first use of this to clean and protect the acrylic dome on my portable satellite TV antenna I was a big fan of this product. But, over time the dome gradually became more and more "cloudly" to the point that I needed to replace the dome because it was interfering with my satellite TV reception. Once I started getting the "haze" on the dome, I tried other products to clean it, but no luck.
I now use a product called 303 Aerospace UV Protectant that works very well to clean an protect the dome. I have been using 303 for about 6 months and there is no evidence of the dome getting cloudly or having a haze that cannot be cleaned off. This product may work on some surfaces. But it is advertised to work on acrylic and my dome is acrylic and the experience I had with this product was not good.

Bought a small can years ago for use on my motorcycle wind shield. Needed a new one and read other people were using it on metal and other plastic trim. WOW. It produces a mirror like finish. Now I might just wash off the gross dirt, dust, and grime and wipe the whole bike down with this. Pricey but we'll worth it in my opinion.

I had to use this stuff to clean aircraft wind shields when i worked at an FBO. At first i noticed that it got bugs off very well, and after looking it to it i was really impressed with how it doesnt scratch the plastic.

So years later i bought it to detail the gauges on my new car. I have noticed that even microfiber cloths will scratch the delicat plastic that covers your gauges. So i got this stuff and sure enought my micro fiber doesnt scratch (aslong as i dont press to hard). The plexus makes it easy not to scratch since it sticks to the gauges as an even coat, so you wont ever hit a dried up spot while you are wiping it off.

I plan on using this stuff on my snowmobile helmet lens aswell.

Also i do not know why the can says no paper towels, at that FBO i used standard whit paper towles that you would have in your kitchen. They actually made me use those. So im not sure if they just meant those crappy brown paper towels or what, but i didnt see any ill effects.
