The documentary presents its thesis and does a professional job supporting that thesis.
In full disclosure, I was NOT a supporter of Donald Trump in 2016. He wasn't even my second choice in the presidential primaries. I was shocked, and more than a little discouraged, that Donald Trump won the GOP nomination. I didn't like the guy.
At that point, I thought I would vote for Gary Johnson or perhaps vote down-ticket. I did end up casting my vote for Trump in general but that's ONLY because the polls indicated that my state was 'in play' and that Hillary Clinton might win it. While I don't think my vote matters much in the scheme of things, I knew that if I didn't vote 'against' Hillary Clinton, I'd feel terrible if she won my state by a narrow margin. So I cast my vote for Trump to feel better about myself if Clinton won my state's electoral votes.
With that said, I've watched social media and entertainment, news organizations, certain celebrities, and politicians fan the flames of discord. It's irrational. If you step back and objectively look at Trump's Presidency, it is just not that bad. I think he's done some fairly good things.
I want the reader to know that I'm not entirely objective. But I think there has been a concerted effort made by various individuals and organizations to attack President Trump. I believe Big Tech, especially social media, is toxic and dangerous and can influence irrational ideas. I think politicians always have a vested interest in gaining power, and I think most will use whatever means are available to achieve that political power.
This documentary does a good job connecting the dots for the viewer in support of its thesis. We all know now that there was NO Russian collusion. We also know that many people lied to influence the American people to take down Trump. Those are just the facts now.
The video isn't long, and it is worth watching regardless of your political affiliation. We have problems in certain agencies of the U.S. government, and we do need to fix it to make sure it never subverts our Republic.
