Learning to grow

An angry reaction gets Brenna into a spot of trouble. Kees, the boy she cares for but has been pushed away from for years, agrees to go find her. Her leaving the way she did, not only put her life in danger, but Kees as well. Upon finding her, there is a delay in getting back (you'll have to read the book to find out why). The days they spend together force them to see each other and themselves in a different light. Coming home to her father, Brennan's mother has flown in- will they all be able to see the Brenna that Brenna has become? What about Kees? This is an interesting story about growing up, loving, and forgiving. Great for teens and adults! I was given a copy of this book for my honest opinion.

Brenna is young, headstrong and in love with Kees, but her dad is dead set against it and Kees thinks she’s a pest. Heavy rain, a mudslide, a grizzly bear, and Brenna being sick are just a few of the things Kees faces head on and learns a while lot about himself and what he wants out of life...which happens to be Brenna.
