My son purchases these for me and IF there were a "no star" rating I would choose that!!! Your new "HOURGLASS" shape is narrower exactly where the leakage occurs you idiots! I don't have the money to buy any more pads this month and they are barely useful for making it to the bathroom when I am walking around the house. I left the house today after emptying my bladder, I adjusted TWO pads together and left for a two hour drive doing various errands. When I returned and as I exited my car I almost leaked all over my leather seats. I was grateful that none of my neighbors were around because by the time I made it to my front door my pants were wet all the way to my ankles. I am going to check to see if the grocery store sells something comparable to the old style pads.

As a previous reviewer has already noted, Poise changed the design of this item which I had been ordering bimonthly via my Subscribe and Save account. The new design may be long, but in NO WAY do these deserve an Ultimate rating! They are more narrow than the previous ultimate pads I received and do not hold nearly as much "fluid". I care for my disabled mother and these pads constantly overflow and this "new" design has caused numerous clothing changes. Very disappointed to say the least!
UPDATE 9/29/18 WooHoo...Pads are back to their original design! Now they are worth 5 stars... Thank You!!

I am very unhappy, this affects my quality of life. Not only were the original overnight pads more effective they weighed six ounces more than the new ones. Same price though. I am so tired of Companys constantly selling us less for the same or more money. It has become the American way.

These are so called improved, well they are not improved!!! They changed the shape and made the pad thinner, thus making it less absorbant!!! No one buys an ultimate pad for it to be less absorbant! So now the company has in the description light leakage. How can both things be true both ultimate and light leakage?! Not to mention it suppose to be for overnight usage as well. Come on give us a break! Don't call it an improvement if it doesn't do better than the original product. If you are a previous customer of the Poise Incontinence Overnight Pads, Ultimate Absorbency, you'll be greatly disappointed to find that they've changed for the worse and not an improvement at all!!. They are thinner and less absorbant!!!

This is another case of Coke 2, for those of us who are old enough to remember that debocal, for those who aren't GOOGLE it!!!

So disappointed!!! On, the hunt for a new ultimate absorbency pad once again.
Anyone have any suggestions?

Don't ruin a good product and call it improved!!!
I'll be cancelling my subscribe and save of this product!!!

I've been using subscribe and save for this product since Nov. 2015. The product sent for my Dec. 2017 shipment was inferior to previous shipments. The pads came in different packaging, were shorter, thinner, shaped differently and hold less fluid. I will cancel my subscription for this item. Previous Poise overnights were great. I'd been using them for both my parents since 2012.

I have been buying these for a long time for my elderly mother in law. The product has changed. These apparently are not “overnight”. They are not as effective and do not give her the piece of mind that the other overnight pads did. Look for another brand!

I have tried twice to get home delivery and each time it ends up at a pickup station. Worse thing is that they lie and send notice that they attempted delivery which they did not for sure today. I arranged delivery for specified days and they came? . I sort of doubt it and today I stayed home and it’s gone to pickup area again with the same notice. Big on apologies. I can’t figure out how to get suppliers not to send by purolatir as everyone else does door delivery
