Nikolas is a rich uptight lawyer. He works at his Father's law firm. He grew up in a rich family & had a sort of cold upbringing. Plenty of money, not a lot of affection.

... And he hates Christmas.

Nikolas is in town, a town over run with Christmas. That includes a couple known as Mr. & Mrs. Clause (a.k.a. Eva & Williams Jenkins).

His client (Pruitt Development) wants the land that the Williams own and have their holiday themed business on.

Defending the Jenkins is Melissa Evergreen. She's into environmental and pro bono cases.

Nikolas & Melissa meet in a bar. Never realizing that they are going to be opposing lawyers & much more.

I loved seeing how Nikolas changed.

There is an epilogue entitled "3 Years Later".
