It's the definition of a cozy mystery. She's not superwoman, doesn't try to be. Her focus is on her family and her friends and she mostly stumbles into solving whatever mystery the plot line determines. I've read the entire series and enjoyed it. This book was no different in that aspect. My problem with this one, however, was the total lack of editing. There were multiple mistakes on pretty much every page. It was very annoying and often pulled me out of the story because I would have to re-read a line to get the author's intent. I would have liked to give this a higher rating because the story was about what I expected and purchased the book for, but this was most definitely not up to par in terms of editing. Not even remotely. I'd give the story four stars but only one for editing. Can't do two and a half, so rounded up to three, but not convinced it deserved three. Very disappointing.

She cares so much for her family and friends, loved her husband to pieces...She still manages to find dead bodies and get herself into danger.
The story ran smoothly and kept my interest.
