So much better than the silicon mats Ive had. The small bonus mat included is very handy also. I use it under my flour container when measuring etc. Makes clean ups easy, especially when the grandkids are helping! Large size was perfect for rolling out poppyseed roll dough and pie crusts. The measuring guides made it quick and easy, also, they wash up so easily, just ran them under running warm water. Air dry quickly. I bought 2 sets so everyone had a mat for rolling out cookie dough for cutout cookies at Xmas. Roll up into a small circumference for storing. So much better than having to use a bread board and the messy clean up. These I pick up holding the flour and other leftover bits in the center, dump that in kitchen trash can, then rinse under water and air dry!
