First off, in the product description, it explaines that the showerhead mimics pouring rain and is not "high pressured"...for us, this was wrong. This showerhead actually increased our water pressure in our upstairs bathroom and we were pleasantly surprised. Also, the piping that comes with the product snakes upward, so my husband (who is over 6 ft) was able to comfortably take a shower without having to slouch to get is head wet.
And putting it together was a snap. Well, I didnt do it, my husband did, but it only took him 5 minutes to change out the old showerhead to the Pollenex, and if he can do it in 5 minutes anyone can!
We loved this product so much, that we bought a second one for our guest shower, and because they're so cheap, we're going to buy them as gifts for our parents!
If you've been in the market for a large showerhead, this is the one to go for. It's so cheap, looks sharp and works great and the feeling you get while taking a shower is worth more than $40. We would've gladly paid $150 for this product.
Added bonus: It claims to be a water saver too. 2.5 gallons saved in 1 minute. Awesome!!!
Once you get over how ludicrusly big it looks, you will love it. It makes for a great shower, very nice, and low-flow! Only 2.5 gallons a minute. But as others have mentioned, if you like a high power shower head this is not the one for you.
gives you a nice and refreshing shower. Although if you are looking for a power wash then this is not for you. its more like a steady stream of water pouring down....
It was exactly what we were looking for.

As a showerhead it works great. Just be aware that once installed the head comes out at about the same height as the wall fitting, that put it about forehead level for me. Read morePublished on May 22, 2010 by Ry Olson

I was disappointed in this showerhead. It is very large and the water pressure was very poor. It is not what I expected with Pollenex, I returned it.Published on July 22, 2008 by J. MULLIN

The shower head is really nice and is actually quite large. The only issue I have with it is the arm is short, and makes you bathe in only the first part of the shower. Read morePublished on March 15, 2008 by T. Palmer
It broke loose after only 3 days and almost smashed my foot. The heavy shower head is inadequately suspended from a thin and flimsy nozzle. This is cheap junk from China. Read morePublished on March 5, 2008 by R. Garlough
