About the Author
Page Turner is Godzilla in stilettos. She is a clever mix of 5-year-old and viking who doesn't mind if you round her up to lesbian. She loves statistics, unagi rolls, and the way the air smells after it rains. Her alter-ego is an award-winning poet and playwright who works as a relationship coach in the poly and kink communities. No matter what she's doing, she draws upon her professional background in psychological research as well as her unapologetically random sense of humor. Prior to her days as a coach, she worked as a jazz musician, editor, newspaper reporter, medical transcriptionist, and organizational development consultant. She lives in the Cleveland suburbs with her husband Justin, her two cats Ratface and Bela, and her two birds Buddy and Galileo.

This book is also in serious need of an editor. Journal snippets and IRC chat logs are unnecessary and boring filler.
In the end, I finished the book just to see what sort of train wreck it would end up being, but this is in no way to be used as any sort of guide for how to be successful in polyamory.
Some of the best parts of the book were her presenting her chat logs with various partners, combined with her now looking back on them. I saw my own conversations reflected in these ones and appreciated her including them.
People new to poly will enjoy this but for experienced poly people, it'll be refreshing to not have to read another 101 book and instead dive into stories that reflect some of the real issues that appear in poly, as messy and painful but also beautiful as they can be.
The clever use of old instant message chat logs, diary entries, and emails really draws you in to the story and really lets you get a sense of the personalities of the people in the book.
20/10 Would Reccomend🎉🤘🏻
The author portrays and entrance to polyamory that may seems familiar to many of us - not easy at first, but part of a journey, with growth along the way. No emotions are portrayed as "bad". All emotions just are, and we deal with them as they are.
I loved getting to meet the characters of the author's life story again, from a slightly different angle.
In short, this isn't just a memoir, it's a resource!
I will say that there are some parts that are perhaps sexually graphic enough to make some readers uncomfortable, but otherwise, I recommend this book wholeheartedly.
