I liked the first phone so much, I bought a second one. The first one came from Off The Hook. It was promptly delivered and was in great condition. It included the necessary power supply and instructions. The second one came from E-Supply Tech. This one did NOT include the power supply or instructions - thus was unusable. It took 3 email exchanges to get a them to ship the power supply two weeks later. Sadly, they shipped same thing - the phone without power supply or instructions - AND the second phone and cable were not near as good a shape as the initial one. It did not pass Amazon's "No visible defects from arms length" claim. I've returned it and reordered from Off the Hook.
