Product Description

Polyken 510-Neon Premium Fluorescent Gaffers Tape is is a heavy duty vinyl-coated tape with a waterproof, low gloss, non-reflective cloth backing. It is available in four bright eye-catching colors: fluorescent green, orange, pink and yellow. Applications include protecting and anchoring wiring in the photography and film industry; bookbinding; vinyl bus seat repair tape; wrapping or bundling of wire, metals, and plastics; protecting and anchoring electrical wiring; and moisture and dust-proof sealing of equipment cases and film canisters. Low VOC content and also contributes toward satisfying EQ Credit 4.1 (Low Emitting Materials Adhesives & Sealants) under LEED®. Polyken 510 in neon colors will fluoresce under a black light; however please note this is not a glow-in-the-dark tape.

This product's actual size is 48mm x 23m. This tape is typically cut to width from log rolls so most sizes ship on non-branded plain white cores.

I love this tape! what is is a very bright cloth like tape. This tape is very multi purposed and I use it in leu of duct tape every time aside from water related issues. The color of this tape is BRIGHT! it is definitely highly visible. Its a very high quality cloth tape that adheres strongly to virtually any surface yet when removed leaves absolutely no adhesive behind. I liked this tape so much, I bought all 4 colors!

I use this to mark lines on my classroom floor. The tape goes down in August and I peel it up in June with no problems. A little bit of the adhesive sticks to the floor, but nothing like any other tape lines I have used before. There's about a 90% difference (for the better) than any other tape. I love that you can just pull it off. No more having to scrape and tear off of the floor piece by piece in June, after 10 months of gross kids shoes and whatever else is on our floor by June. A lifesaver! Our custodian loves it too!

The tape quality and adhesiveness were both fine. I tried it to join two sections of my cloth green screen and it held but it showed up as a line in the background no matter how much I fine tuned. I am using it for binding the edge of the clothe that I trimmed and that works fine. So just make sure it is a good color match before you buy it.

Seems to be better than masking tape for many chores where you are going to leave the masking tape on for a long period of time. Gaffers tape does not get sticky with age therefore the primary reason for buying it.

The color works well with chroma key projects. This tape sticks well and, when removed, leaves no apparent residue. It will re-adhere to lighting stands, backdrop setups and tripods, provided there are no oils water or dust present on those surfaces.
