This mustartd makes your ham sandwich 100% better! Try mixing this with mayo or butter.
When I was growing up, I always loved finger sandwiches. They always used hot mustard with butter or mayo to go with Cucumber sandwishes or ham sandwiches.
Now I can make my own.

Go easy though, this will clear our sinuses.

If you like a very spicy yet, well balanced mustard of European style, this is your product...in the phylum of mustards, if I had to pick one mustard to have for the rest of my life....this would be the one! It's very difficult to find, the store I used to buy it from has not been able to stock the product...I am so pleased to find it here on Amazon!

Spicy Tangy and Oh so yummy. This mustard hits all the right notes for me. I've used it on sandwiches, hamburgers, hotdogs, and use it to spice up sauces. Since I like spicy crab cakes I use this in my mix... excellent. It reminds me of a horseradish type flavor or heat. If its too spicy just mix it with some regular yellow mustard to adjust the heat to your liking.

Only down side is that the lid is difficult for me to open, but it does loosen up with time, be sure you have someone strong on hand because I couldn't do it the first few attempts and had to wait for someone to help me. To remedy this, I don't push the lid all the way down just in case I'm alone and in need of a spicy mustard fix.

I will order again because I really love this mustards flavor and heat.

I have tasted one too many different mustards which claim to be spicy, but fall short. This spreads easy and is neither too thick, nor too thin. It actually does have enough heat to taste, without being excessive. This mustard would make a great addition to any sauces, marinades, salad dressings, or just for dipping! I would recommend this product, for anyone who is looking for a mustard with some true heat.

Whew! Great product: a four-alarm cayenne type heat. Stir it into a cauldron of soup -- with a teaspoon. Scrape a micron thick layer on sandwiches, delicious. If you're buying this mustard with plans to reuse its attractive ceramic jar, be prepared to wait, or make provisions in your will to gift the jar to your descendants.
Excellent mustard, like all the Pommery products. Love the restrained use of the adjective "Fireman's."

This mustard is expensive, but it is worth every penny! I first discovered it at a "boutique" culinary shop and found it a bit cheaper on Amazon. Packs a kick, but not overly so. If you like spicy mustard, give this a try.

Pommery makes the best hot mustard you can find. My favorite way to eat it is on a warmed pretzel bun, with ham and swiss. That's it but Fireman takes it over the top. See if you can find locally or stock up when you find free shipping, it gets pricey..but oh so worth it.
