Got this guy today in the mail and love the details on Reinhardt! The head of the hammer felt loose, so I wanted to see if his hammer was removable. I twisted it slightly. As a result, the head broke completely off. Hopefully this can be fixed. Moral of this story, don't mess with Reinhardt's hammer.
Update, two years later: wow, forgot I wrote this review. I managed to glue the hammer’s head back on with gorilla glue, so everything is good.

I personally love Overwatch and I love playing as Reinhart, so when I saw that he has a funko pop, I instantly wanted to buy it. However, I was extremely disappointed.
I ordered the product on August 8th, and the expected delivery was on August 11th, which I have no problem with personally.
When it arrived, the box was covered with bubble wrap for extra protection, which I thought was a good thing.
The box itself was damaged and it clearly looked like someone has used/opened it before.
I took the funko out of the box, and the tip of the hammer fell right off. In addition, the paint on the funko pop was scratched and damaged.
This product was probably a return from another unsatisfied customer.
I have no idea how this product has 4 and a half stars on here, but just be careful.
I am going to refund my purchase and try to purchase it from another seller.

The product sculpting itself looks cool, and the ability for it to stand in its own is a plus. However it is fairly easy to knock over with the slightest of nudges, and the hammer itself feels weak and easy to snap the hammerhead off. The paint job is the biggest problem though. After reading other comments I figured it’d be a bit or miss, and boy was this a miss. The figure itself is scratched in multiple locations but I like this, gives it a worn feel, but there are smudges all over. We even have the person who painted its finger print on the product, how did this pass quality check? Absolutely terrible paint job, can’t recommend the gamble.

The item arrived well packaged and undamaged (apart from a slight kink in the lid of the item) which was nice to see.
On to the figure itself. Now I don't know if this is an issue with Pop! being lazy on this vinyl or if this is a 3rd party issue but the paint on Reinhardt isn't of the best quality. If you look at the photos you can see the paint is patchy and looks like it's dirty. I can't see this as being Reinhardts old age look either so I'm not sure, however I will be following that up and I will update. The figure itself is a nice size and a nice weight so he can stand on his own 2 feet with ease.
All in all if you don't care for the paint being a bit busted then it's a great but just be aware that it may look shoddy.
