Requires a flat surface; breaks easily

Not great if your freezer is packed full of other stuff! These need a flat surface to sit on, especially at first as they are beginning to freeze. But if they aren't eaten in the next day or so, they'll meander around your freezer and are at risk for falling out (at least in ours). And in fact, they did fall and three of the molds broke upon hitting the floor. I'm disappointed, but I guess not totally surprised by this.

Used to make these as a kid. This one is better than what we had back then. Make some Kool-Aid with a little less water and put it in the freezer. The flat stand holds them secure and they won't fall over. Couple hours later you got KoolPops at a tenth the price. Healthier too.

These work well and the pops stay securely in place in the freezer. I love the two piece construction of the stick and top section. This makes for easier cleaning and storage. At this price they didn't include a little funnel for filling, but I already have one that came with a more expensive set of molds. A funnel is very helpful.
