I've been a huge fan of the Comfier products ever since I bought their scalp massager and neck pillow. They are high quality products that doesn't look like it'll break with excessive use.
The reason I bought this chair was actually because my wife wouldn't let me buy one of those 2K dollar chairs that covers your back, legs, arms and neck. She told me that we just don't have the room for one of those. Of course I looked on Amazon for something smaller and immediately saw this chair option. It looks tiny enough and its even foldable so I don't think she would mind, plus it has the Comfier name which gave me a sense of reassurance. It's definitely no where near one of those high end massage chairs but this is one tenth the price!
My parents are now using it and they love it. I might need to get a second chair just so I can get some time for myself. The best part about this is that it also does your neck.
If you're on a budget and you're not able to buy those fancier and pricier chairs, this is a great alternative option.

Cons - none really
Suggestions for improvements - more pre-set variable massage patterns, higher temperature heating element
The Comfier is a really strong massage chair option. While not having the cushioned padding of the space ship pod chairs that cost 15 - 25X as much, it makes up for it in doing the basics extremely well and being highly portable to boot.
The most important element is the massage strength, otherwise why would we buy these chairs, right? And the Comfier does very well in this area, providing abundant relief with a vigorous, but never rough or painful, rotating ball set. I was very happy with the massage strength and use it almost daily due to my frequent exercise schedule. If you need to dial down the intensity, the chair comes with convenient removable padding on both the back and neck massage mechanisms and, it's also easy to simply add a thick towel if an even gentler massage is desired.
The over-all weight and portability is also a big plus, as I can easily move this from the office to the living room (if I want to watch TV) or even out to the patio, if it's a nice day and I want to relax outdoors.
A very subtle but important feature is the adjustable seat back angle. This can be used to change both the intensity of the massage, as well as area/angle of focus during your massage session.
I am extremely happy with this purchase and the thought that I am getting the vast majority of the benefits of more expensive chairs at literally a fraction of the price!
