I originally got this screen for a trade show to be able to more easily demo software to users. I set this up back-to-back with a chromebook or laptop so that I can face the person I'm talking to while they can see everything that I'm doing, but then they can also interact with the software themselves using the touch screen. I love the fact that I can connect it using a single USB-C cable and everything works. For this use either a 6" or 18" USB-C cable will work (right-angle cables are probably ideal) depending on how the USB ports line up between your laptop and the screen when facing away from each other.

I've continued using the screen on my own for travel however because it's so small and light it's extremely portable. It makes it easy for air travel and setup in a coffee shop or hotel room. It's also great when giving presentations at conferences because it lets me have slides, speaker notes, and audience Q&A all open at the same time within my field of view without interrupting my engagement with the audience.

Its very simple plus and play. I returned mine fir a higher quality screen cause I wanted to use it as a secondary monitor for gaming. But if you only need it for something else like monitoring chat or extra space for a bin in adobe photoshop its perfectly fine. I dont like that the chassis is plastic because it feels cheap (but it is cheap). Durability wouldn't be an issue if you plan to just leave it on your desk.

I really like this monitor. I hooked it up to my Orange Pi 5 Plus and it didn't even need external power. I used a cable that wasn't included, a USB-C to USB-A to plug into the USB port on the Orange Pi. Then I connected the HDMI cable, as this Orange Pi has two HDMI ports (three actually, one input too).

It was great, I thought the touch response was perfect, the Orange Pi 5 Plus did the native 1900x1200 resolution no problem, so things were pretty small on the screen. I was still able to pick out small menu items and other clickable items easily.

It just felt smooth, very impressive and I can't believe it just worked without some Linux fussing. (NOTE I forgot the password to this Orange Pi so I didn't log in and try to display anything on the screen, I was auto-logged into the GUI on the monitor, able to use the desktop menus that way.)

So a plus for working so well and doing it without a third cable, I didn't need external power. I also don't have a lot hooked up to my USB otherwise, no keyboard or mouse.

But don't expect the built in stand to be any use at all, maybe, maybe you'll get it to stand up on its own (I didn't) but the second you touch it, it's gonna fall over if you don't hold it steady somehow. I had ordered a desktop arm mount for this but it was too massive so I sent it back.

I'm really impressed with this monitor, but one other caveat. It's very lightweight. If you plan to travel with it, you'll need some kind of a hard case to put it into. The original box is huge, so you can't use that.

UPDATE - set up as secondary screen
On windows 10, search for "calibrate the screen for pen or touch input". Follow the instructions to set up this as the secondary screen with touch functions.

OK intended to buy a portable touch screen without spending too much money. This is light weight and has good picture quality for my use. I just need a second screen with my TV/Monitor and be able to use touch if I want to play some silly mobile games on the emulator.
Like someone stated, I cannot make the touch to work unless it's the primary screen. Not sure if this is windows limit or the screen's (See update)

Had some difficulty setting up the touch initially. At certain point windows started installing some driver for the touch and it works now, as the primary screen. Not ideal but I will live with that.
Manual shows requiring HDMI, usb c for the touch and another usb c from the power adapter to fully work with touch. Somehow I unplugged the power adapter it still works. I used the white usb c cable connected to an old usb 2 hub.
