The screen is a bit small but usable. With the software and USB it's much easier to use on a PC where you can make the display as big as you want. I tested it with a function generator for a frequency standard and it is acceptably accurate. Both the sine wave and square wave look like what you would expect. This is an excellent addition to my test gear at an amazing price. Came from a vendor recommended by the manufacturer as not a clone as well. I have been finding it very useful and hard to beat for this much money.

It is easy to use, has excellent controls and on screen menus. We bought it to search for a source of RFI and within an hour we'd found the problem that had eluded us for weeks. When people say "would buy again" I often wonder. In my case, the first one we bought was knocked off my desk (by a cat) and I rolled my desk chair over it, destroying it. After about 30 seconds thought, I went on Amazon and bought a second one. These little guys are incredibly effective.

I purchased this device to help determine the best orientation for my TV antenna. Doing by hand is quite difficult since you can only see one channel at a time. When I adjusted the antenna for one channel, I lost other channels.
With the spectrum analyzer, I could see the whole spectrum at once and orient the antenna properly.

Never received so many channels before!
I'm now using it to track down noisy devices and energy vampires.

This little item does so much in such a small package. If it's a radio wave this can measure it. For those of us who are amateur radio operators, I believe this is a must have device. And If you are an ARDF "Foxhunter", this appears to have the ability to find a hidden transmitter using a directional antenna and just honing in on the correct frequency, and watching it on the screen. Just one of many possible uses for this tiny device. 👍👍
