If one of the poems doesn't appeal, keep reading. The range of subjects is limited only by the possible experiences of an adult. "Postcards" is appropriate, for these works give glimpses into the possibilities. --Writer's Digest Magazine

I was not disappointed, especially after communicating with the poet via e-mail to thank him for my win.
Poetry is not the kind of book that one easily reviews but this one I liked. The poems are short, have rhythm and rhyme and cover many areas regarding life, death and a higher power. They made me question What am I doing with my time? Will I be prepared when one of my loved ones passes away? They made me re-examine my conscience and spurred feelings of gratitude for the life I have. What I loved about this poetry was that it reached me on many levels and drew me to enjoy more of what I am given each day.
