I've been a coconut sugar fan but that no longer works as someone now losing weight on keto. Went sugar free, no sweets or desserts for 60 days and the weight comes off. Add some dessert using coconut sugar and progress stalled. Tried Swerve, liked it, but takes some getting used to since the flavor was slightly odd. Expensive too, but weight loss began again. Tried SoNourished because of price, and though it still had the same cooling effect, it definitely tastes better than Swerve. I'll purchase again. The best part is I don't find it sickly sweet. It is perfect in the exchange for sugar. Keto can continue and now I can enjoy some desserts again. Also the powdered version works in all baking methods. Don't need the granular for separate baking uses. Powdered is a one size fits all for sweetness..

While this product tastes good, it contains silicon dioxide. I will not be consuming this product. Unfortunately I am not able to return this item. I just checked and Lakanto Monkfruit 2:1 Powder Sugar Substitute doesn't have silicon dioxide so I'm not sure why this product has it. Their granulated sugar monk fruit item doesn't have it. I'd buy that one, since this one tastes good.

I made a cake substituting sugar and powdered sugar with these substitutes. Friends taste tested and it received rave reviews! Comments were there was no unpleasant after taste and it was sweet like it should be. Will definitely use again for diabetic dessert needs.

I did notice the cake part seemed a little dry. The icing was also dry, even though I added more milk than the recipe called for. When using real sugar and real powdered sugar with this recipe, it is moist. I will increase amounts of liquid ingredients next time to hopefully improve the dryness. For a first attempt, I was pleased.

Been on the Keto diet over three years now. There is a lot of information out there about which sweeteners are good and bad. After trying many throughout the years, I can finally say I have found the best. So Nourished seems to have the perfect mix of monk fruit and erythritol in their confectioners sweetener. Before I was using a straight erythritol product and it was too harsh on the intestines and it made digestion not a pleasant experience. This mix is the ticket. I buy the confectioners version so I do not have to run it through a spice grinder, it's just always ready to be included in the mixture of any recipe. I make homemade chocolate, pumpkin spice cookies and even add a little to my homemade turkey sausage to add a some sweetness. This stuff is perfect. I have been using it now for over a month and it really is awesome stuff. Do not hesitate. This is the stuff. Get the two pounder, much better deal and you'll be glad you did!

Great flavor.. I actually use it in all my baking now so I don't have to worry about biting into sugar granules in some recipes. I also started using it in my tea because it dissolves much faster than granulated sugar and it's sweeter than lakonta monk fruit so I'm not having to use as much sugar. Being on keto I'm always make some kind of dessert and it really does not knock me out of ketosis no matter how much of it I consume.
