Since I bought this book I've read it several times and use it as a practical guide in life. I consider it a MUST read for everybody. It teaches the technique for discerning if any statement, book, or historical record is true or untrue, if a product or service is beneficial or a fraud, etc. etc Once you've learned the technique you'll carry within you a navigation gage for all of life's choices.

Learn about ENERGY - the power of the Universe, how we relate with each other by the energy we exist as, how we can improve ourselves, and live happier lives in this realm and in the one we pass on to, by understanding the principles Dr. Hawkins teaches from his findings written about in this book. I've given away four of them so far, and plan to give away more, as it is such an amazing book. Not a religious book - a scientific study book - this shows how science and philosophical study are one and the same, and how we can make choices to greatly improve our lives and outcomes.

Literally explains different paradigms of reality. Absolutely crucial for understanding ego, higher states of consciousness, and reality in general. It's also interesting to note as I've heard the author say on other programs force is content and power is context. This and his other books are well worth it in my opinion.

What an interesting read. This book really captured me and drew me in. I have always felt that I have the power over my life, whether it is through manifestation or self empowerment. I had those tools to better my life and get yes or no answers. This book just gives me even more information about how to do it, how to muscle test, The levels of consciousness and maps. Highly recommend this book if you want to use your power in life and take charge!

Starts Slow Then Blows Your Mind!

I grabbed this book out of my library as I headed out the door for a 6 hour airline flight. At first I thought "Oh my God this book stinks and I don't have anything else to real." But I kept going because I didn't have any other material. So glad I did. The book is a life perception changer. I reference it all the time and frequently go back and read highlighted parts. Great book.

This is a very enjoyable book that has changed my outlook on life. Notwithstanding the kinesiology material, which I don't necessarily subscribe to in its entirety, it has made me want to identify with those high attractor energy fields. I am cognizant of theses attractor fields now and respect the way in which the effect my life. I also like the underlying theme, created by David Bohm, regarding an implicate and explicate order: things we see in the physical world and things we cannot see but have an impact on us. This theory makes sense to me and explains a lot of what I have experienced in my life--more discussion will be omitted here for sake of unnecessary confusion for the potential reader.

Thus, these were the two main takeaways from this book for me and I highly recommend the book to anyone on these ideas alone. To reiterate: (1) Identify with high attractor energy fields, which could be described as life-supporting thoughts, emotions and values. Think courage vs. anger; and (2) Appreciate the potential of an enfolded order, that exists beyond what we perceive in the physical world.

Amazing content but...

... the narration is not good as the author's voice is monotonous. I loved the book - a must-read for all of us interested in growing spiritually. I placed it in my bookshelf where I can easily find as rereading it keeps me grounded, more energetically focused, and reminds me where to funnel my energy.

That is the reason I purchased the Audible version so I could listen to it while walking. David's writing is powerful but his reading is not lively. You will not regret purchasing the printed version. In fact, by the time you finish reading it you will notice a marked difference in your life already. But stay away from the audio version.
