I admit up front that I am hardly unbiased - I have known and worked with Fab for many years and have a deep and abiding respect for him as a chiropractor, an educator and a communicator. Putting aside my personal bias as much as possible, however, I can honestly state that the book is filled with valuable information and very practical advice on how to give yourself a health "make-over" so your body can begin to express its fullest potential.
If you've read a lot of health and wellness books, some of this will be old news to you, but the true-life stories, coupled with the scientific findings, gives the information a vitality and accessibility that is missing from many other books.
I can honestly recommend this book for all those people who are constantly sick with one thing or another and don't want to continue exposing themselves to risky medicines and medical procedures.
