I have desperately wanted to update this review for a long time, and I now have the words to do it: I have been using and listening to these techniques for years, and growing from them also. I get it now, and get it fully. We are what we visualize ourselves to be genuinely. Sure, I am just refreshing this review, not rehashing it, really. That is all.
