I found the K.O. Power Blueprint & Training Log helpful in that it presented a detailed checklist to go through, which helped me identify, prioritize and organize my training goals, as well as focus on the relevant considerations needed to design and structure an effective program.
Many of the concepts from ‘K.O. Power’ were simplified and clarified in the ‘Blueprint’, and where more information may be needed, the ‘Blueprint’ made reference to the pertinent chapter in ‘K.O. Power’. The ‘Blueprint’ is a useful counterpart to ‘K.O. Power’ and the pair have enabled me to confidently design a program suited to my own needs.
K.O. power is a must have for anyone that wants to implement an effective training program in order to produce devastating power to command the ring and finish fights.
Mark Ginther is a master trainer with world class martial arts and physical training experience. He has trained many professionals including my own coach Nicholas Pettas who is also a master trainer. If you purchase this book and start following it’s guidelines you will be glad you did, if you’re a coach or a fighter.
