Been looking around for a good switch game card case, was gonna settle on the AmazonBasics one that could actually hold twice as many games compared to this PowerA one but the soft rubber interior really caught my attention. Plus it's got such a cool design on the front like I can't even, and there's so much depth to it as well it's pretty neat. The clip on the outside that keeps it shut does its job, doesn't feel like it'll snap off or anything if too much pull is applied. Game cartridges slide in easily enough, rubber grips hold them super well, and taking them out is a piece of cake. Love it. Would definitely gonna get another when I have more than 12 games to keep track of. Wish they'd make some cases for 3DS cartridges too.

First off I want to say that I do like this. I saw it and had to have it. I would have given it five stars but the inside is made of silicone that you can take out. I would’ve liked it to be harder material. I don’t know why you’d want to take out the silicone pieces. I dropped it from knee height just to see how my games would hold up and when I opened it my games were not in the molds. I’m pretty disappointed that for the amount of money this is that it’s not nicer on the inside. The clasp for it works fine but in time or with ware I could see it breaking.. I would suggest keeping it in something just to be sure you don’t loose your games. I wouldn’t have it in my backpack without being inside something else. However I do love it and will continue to use it. If the above doesn’t matter to you then I’d recommend getting it.

It’s smaller than his 3ds cartridge case but the cartridges are tiny and it really doesn’t need to be bigger. It’s the perfect size to fit in an adult’s back pants pocket. As far as kid pockets go, we found that it will fit in cargo pants pockets but most kid jeans pockets are too narrow. *See picture* We have the Nintendo switch traveling case though so it’s not a big deal.
I recommend this case! We had a different one but I gave it away in the free section of Craigslist, it was a complete nightmare to get the carts in and out as well as to open and close! *See picture*

It’s perfect! Easy to open and close. Easy to put the cartridges in and take them out. They fit snug and won’t fall out but you can take them out effortlessly. The inside has a soft silicone feel. It fits 12 cartridges. The games are so expensive, it’ll take him a while to collect 12. 2) Hard case. The case itself is a thick plastic. The interior that holds the cartridges is a high density foam.
3) Heft. This case is surprisingly weighty. The entire design on the front is molded from a heavy plastic/rubber. It just feels good to hold. Again, great gifting possibilities.
4) Looks. I do not have this put away in a cabinet. I have it happily standing on a shelf next to my video games. It’s fun!

Until now, I’ve been keeping my games in their cases. I don’t buy downloaded, I buy physical games. Switching out physical games is already annoying, but my insistence that they go in their proper case makes it even more annoying. So I wanted a cartridge case. I don’t have many games so most cases were just too much capacity for my needs. I also don’t favor the fabric storage cases. This fit the bill of a plastic case with small(ish) cartridge count. These are really well built inside and out. The case is very thick plastic but the block part on the front is actually three dimensional and made from some sort of dense rubber. Game cards stay in place but are easy to pull out.

What can I say? It looks freaking awesome and it does its job.
It's strong, sturdy, reliable, small yet bulky, it has foam on the inside to keep Cartridges in place and to give them a huge amount of protection.
The clasp snaps shut so it won't open until you un-clip the clasp, which is a good thing!
