I installed my last drivers and I had no problems, the only thing I can say about this card is that it is powerful man. I upgraded from a RX 580 8GB and I can feel the difference.
Physically this card is so big and it looks aggressive, I feel like if I throw it at somebody I might cause serious injuries you can use this thing as a weapon. It has RGB lights and those are bright, look really nice. The backplate is awesome it has a bull craved on it and it lights up, also the back ports are lit in red. There is a software Powercolor devilzone that let's you configure the lightning of the card, you can configure the lights to do all sorts of things like pulse, flash, blink but the coolest in my opinion is smart, this lightning mode varies it's intensity depending on the load or temperature of your CPU or GPU. You get 1 hdmi port and 3 DP.
This card has a switch that let's you configure the card in two modes: overclocking and silent, of course I have mine in overclocking.
Also the card makes no noise and it runs cool the most hot it gets is 70c under load.
I'll continue to update this review as time passes and I have the chance to push this bad boy to it's limit to see how much performance I can get out of it. I'll buy a 1440p monitor soon and then I'll be able to test 1440p resolution and see if I can play everything on ultra and keep at least 60 fps.
Pros

Amazing card, I play resident evil 3 this is 2020 game and the graphics are something like you've never seen before in 1080p 60fps everything in ultra this games pushes the card to 100% 😧 this game is really demanding and it looks like a movie, I think this is the most demanding game I've ever played AAA Game.
I also play Detroit become human everything ultra, graphics on this game are incredible.
I dont think there is a game I can't play on ultra 1080 60fps. If a games comes out that I can't play I'll let you know but until 2023 or 2024 maybe there will be one.
If I could buy the ryzen 9 3900x CPU that I want I would have a monster PC, I thing I have a bottleneck on my CPU but I can't afford the ryzen 9 beast.

I completely uninstalled the AMD drivers and reinstalled them. This did nothing to fix the problem.
I ended up connecting a small TV to the card via HDMI and when it was plugged in by itself, it was working just fine. It recognized the display and allowed me to change the resolution at will. With the tv plugged in I plugged one of the bad displays in again and it was still stuck at 640x480 and unrecognized. While they were still on I swapped the HDMI cables...and suddenly the TV was bumped to 640x480 and no longer recognized.
I brought another computer up and plugged it into one of the displays having problems via HDMI and it was stuck at 640x480 on the other computer as well. I unplugged the HDMI connection and connected via DVI, and everything worked fine. New system recognized the display and allowed me to adjust the resolution. Switch back to HDMI cable, and unrecognized.
I went back to my PC and pulled the new GPU and put the old GPU back in. Connected the displays via HDMI and they were still bad. Plugged the old GPU back into the TV I had, and thankfully the TV came back in 1080p.
Based on everything I've tested, and everything I've tried, the only conclusion I can come to is that this graphics card is somehow corrupting the EDID information on any display it connects to. I now have a $440 graphics card I'm afraid to plug into anything else, and $400 worth of displays that no longer work through their HDMI connection.
I've already contacted Amazon support and they're shipping a replacement...but now I have to go out and buy all new monitors and HOPE that this doesnt happen again with the new GPU and whatever displays I buy.
This is the worst possible outcome I could have expected from buying what should have been a simple GPU upgrade.
UPDATE - I got in touch with Amazon and they replaced the faulty card next day. I replaced the card and used Display port to DVI connectors and got all 3 of my monitors working again. They will still not work on HDMI after the previous fiasco however.
The new card hasn't fried anything, so thats good... and the gaming performance is great. If I had this from the onset it'd be an easy 5 stars, but the fact that none of my displays HDMI ports work anymore, and that it took two cards to fix the situation... 3 stars.
Top reviews from other countries
There is a physical switch on the top of the card that lets you switch between "OC" mode and Silent. I keep me card on OC to get the most 'out of the box' performance from this card.
This card is a beast performer that can consistently get 130+ fps on Fortnite Epic settings and 70-80+ on GTA V with everything maxed out on 1080p.
One thing to note is this card doesn't feature raytracing unlike an RTX card, so that could be a deal-breaker for some. I personally just wanted good performance and didn't mind not having raytracing just yet so this was fine for me.
Now for the issues.
The main and only notable issue that I have been facing on this card seems to be driver-related. When using Beta 20.7.2 driver's, when the monitor would wake up from sleep, the screen would go into a full fuzzy static screen (either red or yellow). The fix was to unplug the display port cable and plug it in again. Switching to 20.4.2 STABLE drivers with a clean install made the static screens disappear, but instead would do a similar monitor-wake issue, this time with a less annoying line on the screen (see the attached image). The fix is also the same, unplug and replug the display cable.
My previous card never did this with the same cables. My received card is likely not faulty as I have had it exchanged. One thing to note is that my setup has 3 monitors, and I have never experienced this issue on my HDMI monitor. Only the two monitors that I have encountered this issue are 60hz DVI monitors where I'm using a DVI to Displayport adapter. I'm going to test different cables soon and I'll update this review if I land on a fix for this.
Despite this issue, overall I'm satisfied with the performance of this product. The RX5700XT is known to have very buggy drivers from launch, and I am convinced that the issues I'm experiencing are just small driver issues. Hoping a driver update will come out soon to iron out this last issue. It doesn't seem like this issue is affecting all users, so I'm not sure the severity of this. I just thought it's worth mentioning/sharing my own personal experience. Also one last thing to note is that this card has a very beefy fan and GPU shroud config that uses ~ 2½ PCI-e slots. You can see this in the attached images of this review. For my config/setup, this isn't an issue as I have no use for the other slots at the moment. The slot trade-off is worth the superior cooling performance in my opinion (my card barely ever goes over 75°C under heavy load!).
If you're a streamer, you'll likely opt for CPU encoding over GPU encoding on this card as AMD drivers and new encoder just isn't good enough yet to compete with the rival NVENC. If you're encoding lots of video (livestreaming on twitch, etc), a pricier RTX might suit you more due to the excellent GPU encoding that they can offer. If GPU video encoding isn't a concern to you and you're just looking to play and enjoy games on full graphics settings, then this card is excellent value and performs very well.
I have given this card a 4 star rating out of 5 due to the buggy driver experience. I'm hoping they release an update that fixes the issues. For the price to performance, the value is great and this card is known to get higher fps on average to a 2060 Super. If you don't need raytracing, can look past some driver flaws for now, and you're looking for great value and performance, this is a card I would recommend.

My build is pretty beefy and I can see that this card would struggle on a lower end system. You will also need case space, it's huge! (I only use a mid tower and it's perfect). I play games for about 4 hours max after work and I've had zero issues.
I did delete all old NVIDIA drivers first but I didn't reinstall windows or anything. I only installed the adrenaline software. It's amazing the extreme reviews you get on a card like this. My advice would be to make sure you have a system that can handle it and you won't regret it (especially a 550 watt or higher is better, psu) . I just needed a change and the cost savings from Radeon got me this time. Will my next upgrade be Radeon, who knows. For now, I'm a pretty happy customer.

Although I've heard lots of complaints about driver issues, I personally haven't run into any, but its running on a relatively clean install of windows so that probably has a lot to do with it.
