We’re military, so an active lifestyle is a must. My husband is a heavy sweater when he works out and the earphones do not budge, they’re definitely sweat resistant and easy to clean. He likes that they don’t get in his way while running or lifting. The only thing that my husband mentions as a “con”, is that after wearing them for an hour straight, they begin to make his ears ache. However, realistically, more than hour in the ears is a little accessible and he doesn’t knock them for it.
Lastly, they do not get in the way of you wearing a mask.
Overall: awesome quality, great value for price, awesome battery life, comfortable, sweat resistant, adjustable to ears so they don’t fall off, and they’re stay out of your way.

UPDATE. I figured out why they were shutting off after 2 hours. It was probably a safety feature because it was shutting off after a few minutes in the sauna post-workout. Otherwise, it lasts for a long time on a charge.
As for the noise cancellation, it does an ok job. I would not call them noise cancelling headphones at all.
For the fit of the headphones, these headphones are fantastic for exercising and hiking with. They fit snuggling on the ears, and are connected through a wire that allows you to not lose them easily once taken off the ear (a serious problem I have had with wireless ear buds). The ear phone's "bud" that fits in the ear canal is quite soft and comfortable.
The wireless connection to my Iphone has had no problem whatsoever. And the range is well over 25', as I have done quite a bit of outside work while totally forgetting my phone in the bedroom 30' away.
Damn good set of earphones, well worth the pricey tag associated with them.
For the record, my son really uses his headset. They are around his neck almost all the time (unless he’s in school or playing sports). He doesn’t “play” with them, they just sit around his neck unless he’s listening to something, at which point they are in his ears. But he doesn’t really “fiddle” with them.
Anyway, we replaced the first pair bc the wires broke close to the ear bud in Dec, 2020.
Apple was easy to work with. They had me take a few pictures so they could see the issue. And I was sent a replacement pair for a service fee of $29.
We just filed a second replacement request today. His current pair stopped turning on. Apple again was very helpful. They didn’t even charge me the $29 this time. I’m just being sent the replacement pair.
AppleCare+ will expire in July of this year. But my thought is for about $225 (cost of the original pair and AppleCare+) I’ve received 3 pairs of Powerbeats (that would have cost me about $545), so I saved quite a bit of money…
However…in truth, I would have preferred, of course, for the Powerbeats to have lasted the two years on their own rather than needing to be replaced!
