John Gaglione isn't trying to reinvent or acting like he's coming up with something new. Rather, he's simply saying, or even perhaps regurgitating, what many of us thought we knew in a more palatable way.
Additionally, he doesn't offer any real program here for people to use, but instead supplies general (though very useful) guidelines om how to progress.
So if you're just a regular man or woman looking for more information on how to get into Powerlifting or already lifting and in need of some motivation to break a plateau, I definitely recommend this (and/or "Powerlifting for the People").
